Learning Networks are a globally unique learning platform where young people, leading organizations and AIESEC alumni learn and connect around specific themes. AIESEC has a long history of developing leadership in young people around the world. Many of today’s major businesses attract and acquire the global talent of AIESEC. Learning Networks are taking the quality of AIESEC’s talent to a new level through theme/industry focused member experiences within Learning Networks. Currently, AIESEC globally is working on five themes namely Corporate Social Responsibility, Energy, Education, HIV / AIDS and Finance.

The goal of this consortium is to drive the implementation of Learning Networks in AIESEC which will play a crucial element to develop leaders in this area in different parts of the world.
