How does the process work?
- Internal Screening: Each AIESEC office pre-screens
candidates through a review board consisting of interviews and tests.
- Profile Identification: You determine the desired candidate,
profile and job description for your intern
- Intern Selection: AIESEC provides a short list of suitable
candidates and aids the selection process by arranging a telephone or online interviews.
- Visa services: AIESEC arranges the visa for the intern
- Pre-Arrival Services: AIESEC supports the intern with
cultural preparation and
goal setting exercises.
- Post-Arrival Services: AIESEC arranges logistical services,
such as accommodation, pickup and relocation of the intern.
- Integration Services: AIESEC provides ongoing activities for
the intern and connects them to a network of other AIESEC members
- Evaluation: AIESEC facilitates an evaluation process for
both the organisation and the intern throughout the internship to ensure objectives and
expectations from all sides are being met.
