In AIESEC we recognize achievement and celebrate it. At different level of organization we have developed various models of recognizing and rewarding successful individuals, teams & exceptional accomplishments.

On global level AIESEC rewards countries twice a year – at the International Congress via the UBS Global Achievement and Excellence Awards and at the International Presidents Meeting where the ING Country Leadership Awards are presented. Please see more information about the awards below.

Why organizations sponsor Awards?

1. Awards are an efficient way how to raise awareness and develop employer brand among the AIESEC talent globally.

3. Global awards in AIESEC attract attention of AIESEC membership around the world throughout the year. Awards are celebrated the the key global conferences and role model countries share their resources and good case practices throughout the year.

UBS Global Achievement and Excellence Awards
Since the year 2000 pinnacle of reward and recognition at global scale have been the UBS Global Achievement and Excellence Awards which are presented as a part of the Formal Dinner at the International Congress. To receive the UBS Global Achievement & Excellence Award is to become a global role model for the AIESEC network.

ING Country Leadership Awards
In 2005 AIESEC has created a new vision for the year 2010 which set a very clear direction and strategy for the organization. At the International Presidents Meeting, countries which have been leaders in implementation of the global strategy are recognized. Receiving the ING Country Leadership Award means becoming a role model in one of the key strategic initiatives of AIESEC globally
