After success of the AIESEC Symposium 2006 AIESEC International organizes the event which brings together business leaders and top university talents from 5 different regions. The aim of this event is to provide participants with insights into the unique prospective of young generation about the factors that attracts them, motivate them and make them walk the „extra mile“ with any organization.

Diverse perspectives make this event unique
AIESEC offers insights on the young generation by providing some of the most educated, proactive, and innovative young leaders from developing and developed countries.  Also as a global organisation, AIESEC provides a history of success in expansion practices, business development, youth leadership, and community involvement. 

Middle East and North Africa on the spotlight
Thanks to an expansion initiative AIESEC increases its reach into the new regions where the need for activation of young leaders is more relevant than anywhere else. AIESEC Symposium will provide participants with unique prospective of the Generation Y from the place that faces specific challenges and help participants understands the key drivers that influence the youth there. Agenda includes specific workshops on MENA, Key Note Speech and focus group with talent from the region.

Profiles of Attendees
There will be 50 -70 guests invited to the event.  There will be approximately 40 AIESEC members invited to the event representing the areas of geographical interests and demonstrating the top talent the AIESEC network provides.  The profiles of corporate guests invited are senior and global level corporate staff focused on Human Resources, Talent Development, Employer Branding, Strategic Development, and Business Development.  Invitations will be extended to members of AIESEC advisory bodies within the network, as well as current AIESEC International Partners, and prospective partners and supporters.

Event logistics
The AIESEC Symposium will be held in Cairo, coinciding with the AIESEC International President Meeting held in February of 2007.  The event will take place two days before the conference begins and guests are invited to attend the opening ceremonies of the conference on the 19th of February 2007.
On the evening of the event, AIESEC International’s Annual Partners Dinner will take place. AIESEC Symposium guests are also invited to attend the dinner.
