Leadership Opportunities

In AIESEC, we develop young people into leaders who are

  • entrepreneurial
  • culturally sensitive
  • socially responsible
  • active learners

One of the best ways to develop what it takes to be a leader is to take up one of the 8,500 leadership roles involved in running AIESEC, as well as training in soft skills and functional areas in over 470 conferences and thousands of activities each year.

The fact that this global organisation, with more than 38,000 people in more than 107 countries is run by a group of university students is impressive. The fact the entire management turns over every year is even more impressive. But, that is what makes AIESEC unique and gives you the opportunity to step up and take on leadership roles.
