POST-AIESEC SUPPORT
Board of Advisors to one local committee in Kenya before rising to be a Board of Advisor for
the National Committee for a period of over 12 years and for the last three years has been the
Chairman of the Honorary Council.
ORGANISATIONAL CONTRIBUTION
Group Regional Marketing Director of the holding company, De Gama Rose Group, in East Africa
with various business interests in the Africa Region.
COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION
In many ways, Mike Eldon has been a role model for youth and opinion leaders both in Kenya
and abroad and has participated in a wide variety of initiatives internationally, regionally and
within the Kenyan locality.

In the memory of his son,
Daniel's death, he founded a program in 1993 called The Depot [Dan Eldon Place of Tomorrow], a sort
of Outward Bound-on-the-savanna that teaches leadership skills.
