ACHIEVEMENTS
Mr. Pintal took the huge
responsibility of sitting on AIESEC Canada’s Board of Directors from 1990 to 1995. Chair of the
Board from 1993 to 1995
In his career he has also worked
to secure funding for AIESEC’s national committee at each corporate position he has held since
leaving AIESEC.
Mr. Pintal had worked for the
organization of the World Theme Conference in Tokyo in 1989. All this has been in addition to
acting as a member and chair of AIESEC in Canada’s Board of Directors.
Francois has also been a trustee
and on the awards selection committee of the Lewis Perimbam Foundation since 1999, an organization
that presents awards recognizing excellence in international development.
Francois Pintal’s most recent
post is as chair of the Cercle Finance et Placements of Québec, an organization that unites leaders
in business with Montreal’s financial sector to ensure business continues to thrive in the Montreal
area.
At his post in AGF Financial,
Francois successfully stabilized and grew AGF’s business in the Quebec region, an area that AGF had
been previously struggling in.
Later, in Trimark Investments,
he successfully developed training programs for various sectors of Trimark’s business and
contributed greatly to sales growth in the Quebec market, Trimark’s corporate positioning, and the
development of new products and services.
Currently as a Regional Director
for Fidelity he is continuing to demonstrate his expertise in financial services in his region and
is continually contributing to the success of the company.
