Organized two Global Theme Program related seminars: “Role of Minorities in Estonia” and “
Banking in Estonia”, in 1993
He helped AIESEC Estonia to
establish itself, as it became a separate entity in AIESEC “world” from AIESEC USSR in 1992

Mr. Tirs facilitated the
planning process of the national team of AIESEC Estonia in 1997, 2000, 2001 and became the Member
Committee Consultant in 2000
Member of AIESEC in Estonia’s
Board of Advisors since it was founded in 2000 and Chairman of the BOA in 2001-2002
Mr. Tirs has contributed
financially to the AIESEC Estonia Alumni Fund (founded in 1997).
Mr. Tirs employer signed two
traineeships and one was realized. He has also supported the Member Committee of AIESEC in Estonia
in building strategies for exchange growth.
Mr. Tirs was named as a Director
of HR in Estonian Telephone Company (ETC) in 1997 (4000+ employees) when he was only 24 years
old.
As a consultant for A.Y.GOLDRATT
BALTIC, Mr. Tirs works with Corporate Social Responsibility on a daily basis as he constantly
encourages long-term strategies and sustainability in the corporate sector of Estonia. He is
currently one of the four partners of the company advising some of the largest organizations in
Estonia.
