ACHIEVEMENTS
Mr. Ticha Samuel Teneng has actively coached AIESEC in Cameroon, as well as AIESEC in Cote D’I
voire and in Nigeria.
As of now he has taken up a personal initiative to bring AIESEC and JCI closer through AIESEC
US.
Mr. Ticha Samuel Teneng is
currently the Director of Strategic Management Services, a training company with the vision of “
Adding value to individuals and organisations through training and coaching”.
As the permanent secretary of
the Cameroon Federation of Small- and Medium- Sized Enterprises (FEPEC), he initiated and signed a
strategic planning agreement with Renaissance Communications Inc. USA, which is under
implementation at this time and also designed the first structure and articles of association
acceptable to both the Cameroon government and the member enterprises. Sitting in for the
president, Mr Ticha Samuel Teneng represented FEPEC in the national tripartite committee on the
follow-up of the private sector of Cameroon.
Ticha Samuel Teneng offers free
consultation in fundraising and coaching to national and local environmental groups like Grassroots
Agro-Protection (GRAPCO) Cameroon, the University of Yaounde Club of Nature, and the Pinyin
Sustainable Development Group. He also offers free consultancy to the Cameroon Sustainable
Development Network Program, the Cameroon Federation for Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises and
the Shisong St. Elizabeth’s General Hospital.
He has been constantly training
and coaching the members of JCI. For this he has been awarded the JCI senator-ship in 2002. Mr.
Ticha Samuel Teneng has given financial contributions to UNICEF.
He is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing; a JCI certified
professional coach and course designer; and a Certified Customer service consultant of Service
Quality Institute, USA.
He was the vice president sales
and marketing international of Trojan Tyres for Africa USA, Inc., an American offshore company
exporting generic earth moving equipment spare parts to eight African countries. His functions
included servicing orders from public biding to delivery and customer relationship
management.
He participated in the
development of the business plan for the national union of unemployed graduates in Cameroon as a
volunteer using his personal funds.
He also taught mathematics to girls in secondary schools in Yaounde using personal funds, to
encourage them to choose scientific careers in the future.
He is a speaker at events like the World Bank video conference at the World Trade
Organisation involving 21 nations on theme: “Looking Beyond Seattle WTO Ministeriel”.
